Centralized Admission Policy
How SECCAP admits students to public-sector colleges across Sindh — fairly, transparently and strictly on merit.
The Centralized Admission Policy governs admission to first-year (HSC Part-I) programmes in government colleges across Sindh through SECCAP. It is designed to be transparent, merit-driven and equitable for every candidate, regardless of background or board of examination.
A single SECCAP application places you in the running for every college on your preference list. The merit engine considers your preferences strictly in the order you rank them.
Results from every board are normalised to a 550-mark scale so candidates from different boards and marking schemes compete on equal footing.
If you qualify for your first preference on merit you are placed there; otherwise the engine moves to your next preference, and so on down your list.
Admissions run in rounds. If you are not admitted in one round, your application automatically carries forward to the next.
Minimum marks required to be eligible for each faculty. Enforced at the time of application.

Submitting a SECCAP application is free of charge. Any admission or college dues, where applicable, are paid through a Sindh Bank challan generated after seat confirmation — never in cash to any individual.
Complete your application before the last date of your round to be considered on that merit list.
