Step by step
From registration to acknowledgement — follow these steps to complete a clean, error-free SECCAP application.
Register on the portal with your CNIC or B-Form plus your 9th class and matric enrollment numbers. If you already studied in a Sindh government college your existing record is linked automatically.
Complete your education profile — board, group and your 9th + matric marks. This is what your merit score is calculated from, and you cannot apply until it is complete.
Fill in your personal information exactly as on your documents: name, father's name, CNIC / B-Form, mobile and email. Re-check every spelling — errors cause verification failure at the college.
Choose your faculty (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Humanities, Home Economics) and rank up to five colleges in your true order of preference — the order decides which college considers you first.
Upload a clear passport-size photo. It is verified automatically; blurry or unclear uploads are rejected.
Review every detail and submit before the last date. One application per admission cycle — note your tracking number, then follow your progress on the dashboard.
Use all five choices. Every college you rank is another chance — an unranked college can never consider you.
Don't list only top colleges. Put a realistic college lower in your order so you are not left without a seat.
Rank in your TRUE order of preference. Your application only reaches choice 2 after choice 1 completes its admissions without selecting you.
Apply early — you get time to fix mistakes, and your education profile has to be complete before you can apply at all.
Proofread everything. Wrong spellings of your name, father's name or CNIC prevent verification.
Upload clear, high-quality scans under good lighting to avoid rejection.
Use a valid, active mobile number — OTP and notifications are sent there.
