SECCAP admissions run choice by choice, not on a single cut-off day. Apply once, rank your colleges, and the system carries your application from one choice to the next until you are admitted.
Every applicant ranks up to five colleges in order of preference when applying.
Your application first goes to your choice number one. That college sees all its applicants on a single merit list, highest merit first.
The college admits the students it selects and then declares its admissions complete.
If you were not admitted there, your application moves automatically to your next choice — you do not re-apply, and nothing is lost.
If every college you chose completes its admissions without offering you a seat, your case goes to the College Education Department, which may adjust you into another college.
You are informed at every one of these steps on your dashboard and by checking your status.
