Before you apply
Gather everything you need up front. Clear, correct documents keep your SECCAP application from being delayed or rejected.
Keep clear scans of the following ready before you begin your application.
Matric certificate required for admission.
Marksheet of your most recent passed exam.
From your last institution; from a Gazetted Officer if a private candidate.
Proof of permanent residence in Sindh / Karachi.
Your own or father's CNIC, or B-Form for underage applicants.
Recent passport-size colour photographs.
Required for registration and OTP verification.
Only if applying under a government-notified quota category.
Mandatory for O-Level students to convert grades to a percentage.
If you are applying under a government-notified quota, attach the certificate for your category.
After allotment, pay the admission processing fee at a designated Sindh Bank branch using the official challan generated by the portal. The fee is notified by the Directorate of Colleges Sindh each year. Keep the receipt — it is your proof of payment.
Pay only through the official Sindh Bank challan generated by the portal after your seat is confirmed — never in cash to any individual.
