Qualifications
Applicants who studied O-Level, A-Level, IGCSE or an overseas board compete on the same merit list as SSC candidates. To make this fair, grades are first converted to numeric marks by the Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC), then normalised to the 550-mark SECCAP scale.
